A thrombosed external hemorrhoid is a disease caused by inflammation or by pathologic varicose veins problems and by twisted hemorrhoid veins that are developed into clots. The best medical treatment is taking preventive measures. First of all, if you spend most of the time sitting or standing, it’s better to move more. Walking to your work or to your school can be a solution. It will make you a bit more active. It is advised to keep off from the overuse of spicy foods and of alcohol. Take care of yourself. Don’t carry or lift anything heavy.
If it is late to think about any preventive measures, there are lots of ways-out to cure yourself:
- There are numerous exercises that normalize blood flow in the rectum:
- Walking in your room, raise your knees up and cross your legs.
- Lie face down. Rest on your knees, palms and elbows. Turn your pelvis from one side to another in such a way that your buttocks could touch the floor.
- Cross your legs. Tense the muscles of your buttocks and of your anus. Repeat 10 times.
- Apply leeches. A biologically active substance of leeches suppresses pathogenic microorganisms. It activates the immune system. It is recommended to apply 3-4 leeches in the tailbone area to avoid the sensation of pain.
- Clean the anus area with a chamomile infusion. Put 2-3 teaspoons of chamomile into a glass of boiling water, close it and let it draw for an hour. Don’t forget to filter this infusion before you start to use it.
- Self-massage can also be effective. Make fists and knock the upper part of your head rhythmically with the knuckle-joints.
- Make a healing solution. Mix up one egg-white, one tablespoon of sunflower oil, a bit of a melted wax. Put it on the clots before going to sleep. Repeat this procedure for 5 days.
- Drink a fresh carrot juice for 7 days.
- Prepare a curative liquid. You will need 2,5 gr of menthol, 1,5 gr of anesthesin, 1,5 of Novocain, 100 gr of methyl. Moisten a pad in this liquid and clean your anal area.
- If you wipe the clots with dairy butter, you will get rid of a thrombosed external hemorrhoid sooner. It is allowed to do only in case that area is clean.
